We do our best to respond to calls and messages the same business day, and almost always within one business day. Phone calls usually get the fastest answer, especially if you're trying to schedule something. During our busiest stretches in spring and summer it may take us a little longer, but we read every message and will always follow up.

The more you can tell us, the better. Let us know your city, the service or services you're interested in, a quick description of your property and what you'd like done, and the best way and time to reach you. Photos are a bonus if you have them. Even a few sentences gives us enough to follow up with the right questions and get you on the schedule for a walk-through.

For most projects it helps to have you there so we can talk through your goals and answer questions on the spot, but it isn't always required. For simple jobs or open, accessible yards we can sometimes take a look and follow up by phone or email. We'll sort out the details when we schedule your visit.

No — our standard project estimates are free and come with no pressure. We'll walk your property, talk through what you want, and give you a clear, honest quote. You're never obligated to move forward, and we'd rather give you good information than a hard sell.

We're based in Federal Way and regularly work throughout South King County — Des Moines, SeaTac, Auburn, Kent, Milton, Edgewood, and parts of Tacoma. If you're a bit outside that area, give us a call anyway; depending on the project and timing, we can often help nearby communities too.
